We are a USDA Federal Inspected Butchering Facility. By appointment, we custom slaughter:
And we also provide custom labeling. So if you'd like your company's name on the meat we process for you, we are able to do so.
Our calendar fills up very quickly and appointments need to be called in early so we can provide you the finest of our butcher services. We also provide private labeling when requested.
We also sell home-made products such as Pork BBQ, scrapple, Galvinell Bacon, Fresh Sausage and Ground Chuck. Our roasts and steaks are cut to order and we also have:

- Ribs
- Salads
- Charcoal
- Ice
- And much much more!
We appreciate it when orders are called in advance of the pick-up by at least a couple of days so we can ensure that you are getting the freshest of our fine products. We apologize, at this time we can not offer any shipping of meats
